OPERATION SCHEDULE
We are open year round. We are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas days though exceptions may be made for longer stays over the holidays for family in town for visits. Please call to discuss your needs.
There is special pricing and a two-night minimum for weekends in October due to the Fall Foliage Festival and leaf change. Please Call Us if you cannot book online..

Advance payment is required and may be made by online by credit card.

Cancellations:

Regular reservations if canceled 7 or more days in advance will receive a refund minus a $7.50/night convenience fee.

Fall Foliage reservations are not refundable except if room nights are rented again, and otherwise follow the regular policy.

No refunds if reservations are canceled less than 7 days in advance of check in.

Refunds may be made by bank check.
Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 3:30 PM until 6:00 PM

Early and late check-ins may be possible if arranged in advance. Please call with details.

Check-Out time is 10:30 AM.

We generally do not approve room occupancy past check out time, but may be able to arrange your use of common areas past check out time. Please contact us before the cancellation deadline to discuss late check out requests.

Late check outs not approved in advance are subject to a $75 fee for any portion of the first hour, plus $25 for any portion of each additional hour.

ADA Notice, Children, Service Animals, Pets, & Smoking

ADA Exempt: The owners live on site and the historic property has less than 5 bedrooms all located on the second floor accessible only by steps. There are steps to enter the building.

Children allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please call.

Service Animals are permitted, but you must cage them when indoors. Please call. Damage caused by animals is subject to the full costs of cleaning, repair, and lost revenue.

Pets are not allowed under any circumstance. Try searching for a local kennel, groomer, pet care, or veterinarian to inquire about boarding if you have a pet traveling with you.
